A Special Birthday Celebration and New Beginnings

At the Waikato Women’s Advancement Charitable Trust, we believe every milestone — big or small — deserves to be celebrated. Recently, we had the joy of coming together to celebrate the birthday of one of the amazing women we helped support into employment.

Even more special, a few other women we worked with also secured jobs at the same workplace, creating a beautiful sense of friendship, support, and community. It was only fitting that we all gathered to mark this wonderful occasion — not just a birthday, but a celebration of fresh starts, achievements, and the strength that comes from lifting each other up.

It was a heartwarming reminder of why we do what we do. When women succeed, they inspire others to succeed too — and that’s worth celebrating every time.
