Get Ready! WWACT Women’s Sports Month Starts Next Week

We’ve got something exciting coming — and it’s nearly here!

Starting in July, we’re launching our very first WWACT Women’s Sports Month and you’re invited to be part of it. Whether you're a total beginner, haven’t played sport since school, or just want to move your body and have some fun, this month is for you.

Each week, we’ll be introducing a new, low-pressure sport or activity that’s designed to help you reconnect with movement, boost your confidence, and meet other amazing women along the way.

Here’s what’s coming up:

  • 🏐 Netball Skills & Mini-Games

  • 🏸 Badminton

  • 💃 Cultural Dance Fusion

  • 🏐 Social Volleyball

  • 🎉 A relaxed, feel-good celebration picnic to wrap up the month

These sessions will be free, women-only, beginner-friendly, and all about fun — no competition, no pressure. Just a chance to try something new, get moving, and feel good in your own body.

And for balance, we’ll be continuing our Pilates and Yoga classes throughout July too — the perfect way to stretch, centre yourself, and stay connected to your wellbeing.

Sign-ups open soon, so make sure you keep an eye on our Events page and social media to reserve your spot. Spaces will be limited and we’d love to see you there.
