As the colder months roll in, it can be tempting to swap movement for hibernation — we totally get it! But staying active in winter is one of the best things you can do for your mental health and overall wellbeing.

Movement, even gentle movement like Pilates and Yoga, can help reduce stress, improve your mood, and boost your energy levels - all things we need more of when the days are shorter and darker.

That’s why we’d love to see you at our community Pilates and Yoga classes, designed for all fitness levels and open to women of all backgrounds. It’s a safe, welcoming space to stretch, move, and take care of yourself.
